The Clarkston Poetry Group
A friendly and informal poetry reading group, which explores all kinds of verse, from Chaucer to Pam Ayres. No previous knowledge of poetry is required.
Meetings are held on Tuesday afternoons from 1.30 to 3.30, in Clarkston Hall.
The current session runs for ten weeks from October to December 2019 (dates to be confirmed).

A ten-week guide to poetry in English, from Chaucer to Simon Armitage. The class explores how poetry has changed over the years, and how it remains eternally the same. No knowledge of poetry is required, although you are welcome to nominate your favorites for discussion.
